Who we're looking for

The perfect candidate will be a hands on manager with a can do attitude, fantastic communication skills, and business acumen. Calm and fair with an eye for detail you will need a number of years previous experience in a General Manager role preferably within hospitality. The role will also involve the following:

• Be specifically responsible for the entire operation of the unit reporting to the Operations Manager, directly supervising all people in departments whilst on shift
• Be specifically responsible for maintaining company standards of operation in the areas of food quality, belt management, service quality, Atmosphere, profitability, Reporting,cleanliness and maintenance
• Performance management of Managers and team including appraisals, PDP Plans and retention,
• Reporting financial information, including sales, labour and Food cost. Adhering to budgets, Accurate P&L analysis.
• Knowledge and adherence to all policies and procedures being a role model to your team and store.
