Whether you join us as a Team Member or a manager, we don't just talk about training, we thrive on it.

YO! Managers
Our Managers have an intensive month of training before being signed off as a fully-fledged member of the YO! Sushi Management Team. You will gain plenty of on the job development and coaching. We run regular training courses at our YO! Academy to ensure we give you all the skills and support you will need during your journey

YO! Team Members   

 As a team member we don't want to throw you in at the deep end, we need to make sure you know your maki from your mooli. Armed with a team of people to support you in your restaurant and a manual to work through, we will guide you to become a fully fledged YO! team member sooner than you can roll a maki.
